Cinnamon Apple Baked Pancake

 

  1. Heat oven to 400 F, 210 grader C.
  2. In 12x8-inch baking pan melt 1/4 cup butter in oven (5 to 6 minutes)
  3. In small mixer bowl combine all remainning pancake ingrediens.
  4. Beat a low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
  5. Pour melted butter into batter, continue beating until well mixed.
  6. Pour batter into hot pan.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed, set in center and golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet melt 2 tabelspoons butter.
  9. In small bowl stir together cornach and water.
  10. Stir brown suger, cinnamon, nutmey and cornstarch mixture into butter.
  11. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until suger dissolves and mixture bubbles and thickens (2 to 3 minutes).
  12. Stir in apples.
  13. Continue cooking, coated and crisply tender (10 to 12 minutes).
  14. Spoon filling over hot pancake; serve immediately.

Panncake

  • 1/4 cup butter , 0,6 dl smör
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2,4 dl mjöl
  • 2 cups milk, 4,8 dl mjölk
  • 3 eggs, 3 ägg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tsk salt

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons butter, 2 msk smör
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 tsk majsstärkelse
  • 1 tablespoon cold water, 2 msk vatten
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown suger, 0,8 dl farinsocker
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 tsk kanel
  • 2 medium cooking apples, cored, sliced 1/2 inch, 2 äpplen, urkärnade och skivade 12 mm.
  • Little nutmey, lite muskotnöt
